A Sense of Community
Dying to fully express yourself without being judged? Crave a safe space to share your thoughts, feelings and ideas? Us too! That's why we are built a community of people who support each other to EXPAND.
Expand Now is an incorporated association and not-for-profit. We hold regular face-to-face and online circles and events. We provide a space for you to be yourself, express yourself, grow, and be as emotional as you like. At Expand Now, we believe being emotional is being human.

Life Coaching
Our intuition helps guide us in life. When we listen to it we get the sense there is something more to being human than our sensory experiences. It connects us with deeper wisdom that is connected to nature itself. Unfortunately, we are often disconnected from it. Or, perhaps when we hear it's resonant whisper, we talk ourselves out of following its guidance because it's not what others think we should do.
Our Life Coaches are qualified counsellors, therapists, social workers, and coaches. They will actively listen to you and help you listen deeply to your intuition so you can live a joyful, authentic, and purposeful life. Through thoughtful questioning and intuitive listening, they will help you work through important issues, such as:
- What is my purpose?
- What is my true nature?
- How do I lesson my anxiety?
- How can I accept myself the way I am?
- How do I heal my wounds?
- Why do I feel unmotivated?
- Why can’t I let go of the past?
- Why do I struggle with some relationships?
- How can I find my soul mates?
- How do I find peace?
- What's the right mindfulness practice for me?

Monthly Online EXPAND Circles
Our monthly circle is a sanctuary for women to share how they’re truly feeling and connect with one another in an open, supportive space. Each month, we come together to exhale, relax, and enjoy meaningful moments with friends.
Sometimes, we pick a thought-provoking theme and take turns sharing our unique perspectives on it, sparking heartfelt conversations. Other times, we embrace tranquillity with a soothing meditation, play uplifting music, or simply talk through life’s challenges as a group.
Whatever the focus, our circle is a place to recharge, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and others in an environment where you’re free to be yourself.
