We are a community of women who support each other to EXPAND. We share non-competitive spaces to authentically express ourselves, grow, and form genuine connections with the ultimate aim of making a positive difference in the world.
Our Activities
Expand Now is a community that hosts picnics, women's circles, curious conversations, retreats and confidence-building workshops. The Expand Now Community also offers advice on how to navigate challenging or difficult situations.

Not-for-Profit
Expand Now will not personally receive profits. All of the organisation’s funds and assets will be used to support people to connect with their true nature and radically lift their confidence.

Among her credentials Kristyn has a Master of Business, is an NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer, Edward deBono Creativity Facilitator, experienced Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0) practitioner & coach, and a Generative Change Therapist.
Her inspiration for founding 'Expand Now' was the radical shift of her own confidence after deeply connecting with her true nature. Kristyn's bursting to share her learning on a larger scale so you can radiate your light and she can live her purpose which is to help you EXPAND!
